Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. Minimum 3 + years experience, preferably in public or corporate finance with NDIS experience Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero and MYOB and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Core responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, compile reports for management and stakeholders. Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, record transactions using accounting software. Budgeting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance and variance. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws; knowledge of Australian tax law preferred. Auditing: Support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
