Key Responsabilities: 

Lead technical direction and vision for e-commerce plugin development,
specifically for platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, and
Shopify.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of robust PHP-based solutions with
seamless integration of multiple payment gateways and related
functionalities.

Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring engineers and fostering
technical growth.

Collaborate with Solution Architects to create and execute low-level
solution designs aligned with high-level architecture.

Develop custom plugins and optimize platform performance using caching,
code enhancements, and scalable architecture.

Maintain security standards, including PCI compliance, and ensure the
implementation of secure payment solutions.

Manage technical backlogs, ensuring innovative and maintenance-focused
initiatives are prioritized.

Be on standby for critical system issues, resolving challenges quickly to
maintain system stability.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in development teams, including extensive work
on e-commerce platforms.

Advanced proficiency in PHP, Node.js, Typescript, and familiarity with
frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce,
and Shopify, with strong knowledge of plugin development and payment
gateway integration.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and cloud platforms
AWS, Azure, GCP.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

Full-time availability and fluency in written and spoken English.

Remuneration:

Compensation in US dollars as contractor.
