We are currently seeking a Solution Architect – Clinical Imaging to join our team Remote based in the United States.

Summary:
NTT DATA's Client is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in clinical imaging technologies, specifically in radiology and cardiology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-level designs, understanding dependencies, configurations, and installation requirements. This role involves working closely with integration and infrastructure teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies, as well as integration touchpoints with EMRs and other image transmission systems. Experience with either PACS or CPACS is acceptable as these are the main systems within their ecosystem. 100% remote working in central time zone – 10% travel.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Level Design: Create high-level designs for new demands or work, focusing on application-level dependencies, configurations, and installations.
  • Integration: Collaborate with integration and infrastructure teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies as well as understanding integrated systems, scalability, security, and compliance in the context of clinical imaging technology.
  • System Knowledge: Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of discrete and integrated information systems elements.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve escalated problems, identify root causes, and determine appropriate approaches to ensure resolution.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Work with vendors, internal CI staff, and local clinical team members, requiring strong soft skills and the ability to navigate a large organization.
  • Technology Versatility: Be well-versed with multiple image technologies and solutions, adapting to different product suites as needed as well as design and manage the integration of PACS, CPACS, and other imaging systems.
  • Foundational Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of systems architecture used consistently within or across the organization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to finding answers and solutions.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have 8+ years of Clinical Imaging Technology experience
  • Must have 5+ years of Solutions/ Enterprise Architecture or related experience.
  • Must have experience with either PACS or CPACS as this position supports both Radiology and Cardiology.
  • Must have experience with technologies such as PowerScribe 360, RapidAI, ViewPoint, Merge Hemo, or Client CardioLab.
  • Must have Healthcare Provider industry experience or related, such as Hospital Systems, Clinic environments, Healthcare/Medical, etc.
  • PACS include Change, Merge, and Merge Hemo are required.
  • Power Scribe (PS360) experience is required.
  • Must have an Associate’s degree, or Bachelor's, or High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership or Management experience considered an asset.
  • TOGAF is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with any other Clinical Imaging technologies is considered an asset.
  • Other Enterprise Architecture frameworks could be acceptable alternatives and/or considered an asset.
  • Looking for a Solution Architect in Cardiology, but someone well rounded with radiology would be preferred.
  • Experience with large healthcare ecosystems is preferred.
  • HL7, APIs, and Dicom is strongly preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this Remote role is $70.00 - $80.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
