Marketing Content Designer (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Content Designer with a strong background in graphic design and copywriting to join our growing marketing team here at BS&A. This individual will play a key role in creating compelling marketing collateral and crafting persuasive content that aligns with our brand’s voice. Experience working with local government software is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Marketing Collateral:
    • Develop visually appealing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and presentations.
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver high-quality visuals.
  2. Copywriting and Content Creation:
    • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
    • Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
    • Develop content strategies and campaign messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
  3. Project Management:
    • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
    • Liaise with vendors and partners as needed for print production or digital asset development.
  4. Market Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to inform design and content decisions, ensuring relevance and impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and copywriting, preferably within a marketing department.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of AP style with exceptional writing and editing skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with local government software is highly desirable.
