QA Engineer

About the Role:
As a QA Engineer at FNA, you'll collaborate remotely yet closely with teams to ensure our platform meets the highest quality and performance standards. You'll be able to expand your skill set in areas like automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
A typical day might involve:
- Collaborating with the product team and technical delivery manager to clarify business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Designing test cases and test scripts that anticipate real-world use cases and edge scenarios
- Conducting manual and automated tests to verify functionality, performance, and reliability
- Identifying, logging, and tracking defects and investigating potential vulnerabilities while collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Evaluating application performance under various conditions using tools
Who we are looking for:
- Experience with API testing and proficiency in testing tools like Postman or Swagger, JMeter, LoadRunner
- Knowledge of databases (relational and/or Graph) and proficiency in SQL for testing backend systems
- Proficiency with ticketing tools like Jira
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Nice to have: Experience with automation testing, Browserstack, Docker, DevTools
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, excelling at identifying patterns and solving complex challenges
