Job description

·      Understanding and gathering required data and documentation before PO creation

o   Understanding, navigating and capture missing data of Pre-Approval Process

·      Pricing and Quoting o Assistance with pricing for internal or quoting for external orders

·      Creation of Purchase Orders, Internal and External

o   Completion of required templates o Follow as needed to expedite purchase orders [Supplier Name] Page 3 Hewlett Packard Enterprise Confidential Hewlett Packard Enterprise Agreement # [insert HPE Contract ID#]

o    Location, understanding and application of User Guides

o   Location, understanding and application of tools and data sources for a correct Purchase Order set-up

·      Provide post Purchase Order Creation assistance

o   Obtain estimate time of arrival for orders

o   Follow up with suppliers to ensure shipments will be delivered on time

o   Tracking shipments

o   Work with suppliers to supply invoices
