Epic ClinDoc Analyst

Superlanet is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join our healthcare client's team. The Epic ClinDoc Analyst will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining the Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) application. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure the application meets organizational needs, improves clinical workflows, and aligns with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, build, test, and implement Epic ClinDoc solutions to optimize clinical documentation workflows.
  
• Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to enhance user satisfaction and patient care outcomes.
  
• Configure system settings, templates, and rules within the ClinDoc module to support clinical documentation needs.
  
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
  
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users and super users.
  
• Participate in system upgrades, new module implementations, and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with other Epic module teams to ensure interoperability and data integration across applications.
  
• Provide on-call support as needed for critical issues or go-live events.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Epic ClinDoc Analyst
  
• Epic certified in the ClinDoc module
