Your mission

Collaborate with product leadership to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and operations tools and processes, ensuring alignment with the overarching company vision
Identify opportunities to leverage data for process optimization, improved decision-making, and business impact
Collaborate with data teams to define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs)
Design and implement systems to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency across teams
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes by the operations teams
Develop training materials, conduct onboarding and support sessions to empower operations teams with product knowledge
Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in existing processes through innovative solutions
Understand and communicate technical requirements, dependencies, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of product features and operational improvements

Your profile

Solid experience as a Product Manager, ideally on technical or data-related products
Familiarity with data engineering and data science workflows, as well as downstream integration
Proven ability to deliver results iteratively, aligning product features with stakeholder requirements
An outcome-oriented mindset, ensuring every iteration contributes to the overall vision
Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, such as software developers, engineers, managers, and marketing professionals
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a complex environment
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Valid for work permit for Germany
