Lead Devops Engineer

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage new projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  
• Develop and optimize codebases using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
  
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
  
• Manage infrastructure with Kubernetes and troubleshoot operational challenges.
  
• Perform deployments and system configurations as needed.
  
• Drive migration projects from IAS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) to CAAS environments.
  
• Ensure seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.
  

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Strong development experience, primarily with Python.
  
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux systems.
  
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure (AWS is an added advantage).
  
• Experience in infrastructure management and incident management.
  
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their integration into modern systems.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of core development experience.
  
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading technical teams and projects.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
  

Additional Information:

• Location: Pune can also be from other locations but should be ready to fly down as and when needed to Pune office to collaborate with the team
