Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and debugging new computer software applications to solve complex business problems.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot PBX-side and cloud VoIP services, including related systems.
- Investigate and resolve system issues by analyzing logs, core dumps, and monitoring data (e.g., PBX, Kibana, backtrace, sip-monitoring).
- Provide timely support for urgent issues escalated by the SRE or Support teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting activities to ensure effective knowledge sharing and service reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot components to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Research and evaluate VoIP market solutions to ensure alignment with company goals and emerging technologies.
- Develop new features and bug fixes for PBX components, including integration with customer solutions and support for new hardware.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP engineering or a related field
- Strong experience with VoIP protocols, such as SIP, RTP, and HTTP
- Proficiency with Linux OS
- Advanced expertise in Python
- Familiarity with open-source VoIP projects (e.g., Asterisk, Kamailio, Kazoo2600Hz)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Spoken English at a B1 level or higher
Now, it would be fantastic if You
- Have experience with LUA or C/C++
- Have AWS certifications
