The Role

The focus of this role is innovation and renovation project management across KCP EMEA, leading multi-functional teams through the IMF process, along with working directly with the KCP Brand & Category Leader on a day-to-day basis to keep the business moving along. The role contributes to create visibility to on-going initiatives and resource allocation and help drive decision making and resource prioritization to maximize the resources.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Project managing key innovations (Product, Packaging, Promise and Brand Idea Execution) keeping timelines and schedules on track to meet launch dates and other critical milestones.
  • Takes KCP projects through IMF process and ensures effective project management and implementation for key regional projects.
  • Leads weekly project team meetings with cross functional team members and coordinates to bring projects through key milestones, such as change management, RAM, PRB1 & PRB2, etc.
  • Responsible for yearly initiative calendar and resourcing required to deliver the projects. Creating management dashboards for visibility, resource allocation and full year planning.
  • Assists with key operating model meetings, such as Quarterly Innovation Review and Innovation Summits. In addition, helps manage day-to-day market requests surrounding claims, assets, ingredients lists, etc.
  • Create and maintain management dashboards for visibility, resource allocation, and full-year planning.
  • Track and manage all live projects to ensure they are on schedule and meeting critical milestones.
  • Manages regional spend that relates to assigned projects.
  • Shares best practice and drives adopt/adapt for great efficiencies/effectiveness across mills and projects in EMEA.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Minimum of 5 years FMCG experience.
  • History of demonstrated success in the execution of brand operating and marketing plans that deliver sales, profit, and share growth.
  • Experience in Leading cross functional teams through complex projects, and proven ability to manage many moving parts at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, proficient English.

Regional and/or Innovation Project Management experience preferred.
