Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

As a Licensed Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW), you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a role that prioritizes both your clients’ and your own well-being.

We handle all the logistics, leaving you free to focus on therapy—not paperwork.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing assessment tools to monitor progress and refine treatment plans.
  • Maintaining detailed, accurate records via our intuitive digital systems.
  • Consulting with leadership for clinical input as needed.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California; additional licenses are a plus.
  • Minimum of two year practicing as a licensed clinician.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapies for mood and anxiety disorders.
  • Confidence in integrating digital tools into therapy.
