Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

We’ll take care of the business logistics, so you can dedicate yourself to your clients and the therapy process.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Core Responsibilities:

  • Using clinical assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatments based on progress and goals.
  • Keeping thorough and accurate documentation through an easy-to-use digital portal.
  • Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical support.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
  • Familiarity with integrating technology into clinical practice.
  • A dedication to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care.
