Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

This Marketing Coordinator role involves executing digital marketing strategies to generate leads and grow the online presence of the company. The ideal candidate will manage email marketing, ad campaigns, social media profiles, and community engagement, while also creating and curating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns weekly.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize monthly ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and post daily.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to all comments professionally.
  • Create and source content tailored to platforms and industry trends.
  • Design and optimize funnels using tools like ManyChat and Calendly.
  • Conduct cold outreach to generate leads and encourage Google reviews.
  • Use Notion for task tracking and progress monitoring.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google) and email marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset for content development and audience engagement.
  • Experience with Upwork and Fiverr is a plus.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and similar tools.
