Our opportunity:
We are seeking a Vice President of Service Delivery to lead our major client delivery efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in service delivery within the software industry, with a proven track record of executing large-scale, complex transformation programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of program delivery and ensuring expected outcomes, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who pays close attention to operational and technical details and is an experienced and mature leader of people. Location:

San Jose, CA Bay area, with regular onsite work from our corporate offices preferred. Other locations within the U.S considered.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Leading the Professional Services team of a software product company as an organization with its own KPIs, goals and P&L
  • Defining operational processes and managing collaboration with global Services teams in US, India and LATAM
  • Executing strong business practices to drive effective use of consulting methodologies within the team to achieve and exceed customer expectations
  • Providing leadership for a Services function and integrate strategic direction into the Services program activities and goals
  • Selecting, building and developing the team by recruiting, training, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching and training
  • Defining and developing Services offerings that meet the needs of our customers, drive new markets and/or expand existing market presence, and generate ROI
  • Building strong client relationships with all stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Developing strong working relationships across Sales, Product and Marketing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Contributing to the Product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers’ critical business issues and solutions opportunities
  • Improvising customer's adoption of Automation Anywhere technologies and provide superior customer experience


You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science or Computer Engineering focus preferred
  • 10+ years experience in the technical/software industry, within professional services or customer success preferred
  • 3-5 years leading and developing a global team of more than 50 people
  • Deeper understanding of software technology
  • Prior Consulting experience
  • Prior experience in automation technology would be a plus

  • Work collaboratively across the organization to create and execute an actionable strategy for the global Professional Services team

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $275,000 – $290,000 and outside of those locations is $265,000 – 280,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
