About the Team

The College Board Strategy Leadership Program: Senior Strategy Fellow is a two-year program designed to attract and place key senior talent into key leadership roles at the College Board. Senior Strategy Fellows will take on 2-3 major projects/deliverables for Senior/Vice Presidents and get exposure and connection to leaders across the organization. • Identify biggest points of leverage/opportunity and work with workstream leads to solve these problems in service of accelerating progress

  • Deliver substantial progress towards goals and create systems/structure to report and communicate progress to key staff and leadership

While there will be no direct reports, you will coach colleagues across the organization, including more junior colleagues who provide leverage/capacity on your project work.

About you
