About the Role
Franki’s Sales team is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager. This person will be responsible for play a critical role in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and demand for Franki. This person will focus on fostering partnerships that generate co-branded marketing initiatives, revenue-sharing agreements, and lead referrals. This role requires a strategic and autonomous professional capable of navigating a competitive landscape, managing cross-departmental collaboration and delivering measurable outcomes.
Note: Candidates residing in our preferred locations; AZ, CA, FL, GA, TX will be given first consideration.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain relationships with target accounts through proactive outreach.
Identify, research, and pursue partnership opportunities, such as POS system providers, food supply chain vendors, and complementary technology brands.
Develop and present proposals for co-branded marketing, revenue-sharing agreements, and lead referral partnerships.
Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and financial standards.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute co-branded campaigns and achieve partnership success.
Serve as the primary contact for key partners, providing regular communication and support.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure alignment with sales targets and maximize ROI.
Address challenges and roadblocks to optimize partnership outcomes.
Uphold and promote Franki’s core values of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions and strategies.
You’re a good fit if you have...
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
1+ year of partnership sales or a related role.
Availability for travel, including in-person partner meetings and attendance at conferences and industry events.

Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
