What will you do everyday?
As Head of Creative you have the opportunity to help evolve and build our brand identity. We are seeking a visionary, inspiring, and strategic creative to lead all aspects of our visual identity.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the creative direction, ensuring high-quality execution, and fostering a collaborative environment with the team. From creating visually compelling content and experiences, elevating our brand and engaging our audience, to overseeing a team, you’ll play an instrumental role in establishing our brand identity. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement creative strategies that support both short-term and long-term brand objectives, ensuring consistency and innovation across all of our touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of creative campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output across various channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, voice, and overall creative direction, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product and product design for alignment, and other teams to ensure creative solutions meet business needs and brand standards.
- Implement design systems to help scale internally and externally with our marketing partners and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the creative department on the cutting edge.

Requirements*
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles with 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work across various mediums (digital, print, branding, etc.).
- A strong sense of creative vision, with the ability to balance innovation and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and sell creative concepts to both internal teams and clients/stakeholders.
- Expertise in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Design AI Agent software, etc.) and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of our audience.
- Excellent cross functional skills with the ability to effectively navigate a highly dynamic organization.
- Ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute with excellence.
- Self-starter that has successfully stood up new business lines or major initiatives.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects.
- Experience with AI a plus.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $200,000 - $220,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
