As VP for Global Professional Services, you will be responsible for driving the overall success and strategy for the Professional Services function, leading various regional teams. As the global head, you will also design, build, and deliver the professional services strategy and approach, to be executed by the regional leads across Ping Identity to ensure our customers get the most out of their Ping Identity journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define, design and deploy both cloud and on-perm service deployment solutions, to ensure sales and professional services teams are aligned, for the best customer outcomes.
  • Drive continuous development around processes, tools and solutions that drive our ability for predictable booking and revenue forecasting, leveraging data and cross departmental engagement to create metrics driven reporting.
  • Lead, build, and maintain strategic relationships with assigned global accounts, leveraging the regional management, customer success managers assigned to them.
  • Develop and execute a robust interlock across sales and pre-sales, to scope and shape professional services offerings, during the sales process.
  • Fully accountable for the directing the Professional Services leadership in all regions to assess new services offerings supporting the growth of the organization and evolving needs of the customer
  • Develop programs to deliver Professional Services presentations to clients/prospects either in person or via web-based tools and articulate our value proposition
  • Build and develop strong relationships and communication channels with engineering, product management, marketing and sales teams to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Enable relationships and engage in strategic conversations with other Ping Identity executives.
  • Define and implement staffing and organizational design strategies that maximize customer satisfaction, team productivity, and cost effectiveness.
  • Accountable for the professional services functional P&L, working with finance to enable forward planning of the function, at pace.
  • Set the structure for the successful recruitment and retention of world class talent and ensure the successful and rapid onboarding of new team members into their roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years professional services and deployment experience, within global or international roles
  • 10+ years of managing the lifecycle of software deployment and cultivating executive level relationships
  • Strong leadership across project management/program management experience, driving outcome lead performance
  • Strong track record of transforming professional services teams, through on-perm to cloud solutions
  • Proven experience of running global teams at scale and through extensive and continued growth.
  • Built and implemented global strategies within professional services
  • Proven of success driving global client satisfaction and account growth
  • Strong Executive presence and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience leading technical implementation teams preferred
  • Run a global P&L
  • Ability to travel - 30%
  • Passion for learning and working with others to improve yourself, the team, the product, the company
