As an IAM Specialist you ensure the execution of the IAM operational tasks and bring your functional and technical expertise to internal and external teams. You’ll work alongside an experienced and dedicated IAM team, collaborating to enhance security and deliver customer-focused stakeholder-focused solutions through your technical and problem-solving skills.

Your impact at TWINT:

Manage daily operations of IAM Platform, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, privileged access, identity management, and app onboarding

Develop and maintain workflows, rules, role documentation, and IAM procedures/standards

Oversee and execute access recertification processes

Administer integrations for SSO, 2FA/MFA, and role-based access control across systems (M365, Azure, SCIM, REST)

Provide IAM expertise for both cloud and on-prem environments, supporting system integrations and initiatives

Offer consultancy, training, and support on IAM best practices to stakeholders

Your Profile:

Degree in IT/Computer Science (Informatiker EFZ/HF) or equivalent experience
2+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Experience with web services, REST APIs, microservices, and data ingestion
Ideally knowledge of tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, or Terraform
Experience in PAM solutions is beneficial
Ideally hand-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), strong authentication methods, and Customer Identity and Access Management (cIAM)
Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
Team player with a focus on customer service and solutions
Good English language skills; German is a plus
