SAP Enable Now Instructional Developer/Project Analyst

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic SAP Enable Now Instructional Developer and Project Analyst who has in-depth experience creating training solutions for SAP end-user audiences using the SAP Enable Now (SEN) tool. This individual will join our growing Learning and Development team with a focus on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in a client-facing role. They will play a key role in the design and development of self-paced eLearning courses and system training simulations using SAP Enable Now to create highly effective learning solutions for our clients. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. 
  • Develop and customize client-specific templates and outputs as needed; experience working as a Standard or Master Author.
  • Create training materials, including system simulations, eLearning courses, quick reference guides, and work instructions using SAP Enable Now.
  • Apply system and process design knowledge and skills using SAP Enable Now.
  • Adhere to training material development (Design and QA) standards set for the project.
  • Ensure adherence to SCORM standards to allow integration of training materials into a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop instructional courses related to SAP implementation.
  • Manage time and projects to ensure delivery of courses with excellent quality while meeting project timelines.
  • Promptly identify and communicate issues and risks to the Training Lead, with recommended solutions.
  • Analyze information from a variety of sources to determine end-user training needs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in a remote/virtual environment.
  • Demonstrate customer service orientation and priority management.
Project Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports.
Required Skillsets 
  • This position is fully remote, but some travel may be required 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen physically located in the U.S.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and developing course materials (Instructor-Led Training and Web-Based Training).
  • 3-5 years working with training development for enterprise systems.
  • Significant experience developing eLearning courses using SAP Enable Now.
  • Experience working with SaaS project management tools.
  • Extensive training design skills to support the creation of storyboards and eLearning.
  • Experience improving and repurposing existing training materials to optimize user adoption.
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and technologies.
  • Clear verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing ability (expert grasp of English grammar, proficiency in other languages a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
  • Knowledge of software implementation project phases, including milestones and key phases.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts in a remote/virtual environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and priority management.

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline
