We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role will focus on driving marketing strategies and initiatives for the Business and Government sector. This is a highly collaborative and strategic position that requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to engage clients, prospects, and stakeholders effectively. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional who excels in developing multi-channel marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and drive demand. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing field marketing initiatives that align with business goals and drive revenue growth within these high-impact sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business and or government sector and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive marketing success.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies that cater to the unique needs of business and government sectors
- Creating targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the assigned regions
- Designing and deploying innovative, data-driven campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, digital programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Measuring and optimizing for maximum ROI and engagement
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and execute vertical-based and account-based field marketing programs
- Ensuring marketing initiatives support sales objectives, including providing sales enablement tools and resources
- Tracking, analyzing and presenting performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns (including LinkedIn, Google, nurture, etc.) and partnerships, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed
- Planning and executing regional events, both virtual and in-person, targeting business and government audiences
- Partnering with alliances and internal teams to deliver impactful events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline
- Collaborating with content and product marketing teams to develop high-quality assets, including whitepapers, videos, case studies, blogs, and webinars, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions
- Positioning the company as a thought leader in the education technology space, particularly for business and government clients
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech or technology industries
- Strong understanding of business and government sectors, including knowledge of relevant regulations, procurement processes, and market dynamics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for SaaS solutions is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience working with channel partners and understanding of regional market differences
- Previous experience managing marketing programs within the technology, public sector, or enterprise SaaS markets
- Experience in co-marketing or joint marketing initiatives
Pay range is $87,100 - $99,500/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
