As a Professional Oral Health Representative ​is responsible for influencing and building long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental office, and actively recommend most often to their patients.

 

​What you will do​:

  • Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts (general and specific dental practices and dental clinics).
  • Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and direct sales.
  • Apply the Triple Win methodology to effectively communicate the products, technologies and science to influence dentists and their staff to actively recommend, buy Colgate products.
  • Develop deep knowledge about odontology.
  • Implement sales planning, marketing and promotional activities to ensure the purchase of the Colgate brand product for use in dentists' offices in the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with distributors and pharmacy chains to increase sell out: review product presence and correct distribution of colgate products at pharmacies and drugstores which are nearby key dental offices.
  • Organizes activities/ congresses with external stakeholders.
  • Update continuously the CRM database with relevant account information.                              Achieve Sales Targets: Reach and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop effective strategies for presenting and selling Colgate products in the assigned territory. 
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify business opportunities, improvements in marketing strategies, and potential risks.

 

Required Qualifications​:

  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. 
  •  At least 1 year in similar positions (Dental or Oral Care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales)
  • At least 2 years Sales experience.
  • The position requires a vehicle 
  • Intermediate English level
  • Office/Google tools proficiency
