Job Title: Online Customer Support (Voice/Chat Process) Freshers

Job Location: Remote/Office-Based

Introduction: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Online Customer Support agents for a Voice/Chat Process. As part of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the best possible support through voice and chat channels. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about helping people, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the customer service field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls or chat platforms in a professional and friendly manner. Address queries regarding products, services, billing issues, technical support, or other relevant concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring that all problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. If needed, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Follow-Up and Updates: Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved. Provide updates on the status of their queries or any service disruptions they may be experiencing.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience and share it with the relevant teams to help improve processes and services.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including the details of the issue, the resolution provided, and any further actions required. This ensures consistency and transparency in customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, improve service quality, and meet team performance goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and possibly other languages, depending on the region).
  • Listening Skills: Ability to listen attentively to customer concerns, providing appropriate responses.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of thinking quickly to resolve issues while keeping customers calm and satisfied.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with using chat platforms, CRM software, and other customer support tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved without leaving any gaps.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chats or calls at the same time without compromising the quality of service.
  • Empathy: An empathetic approach to understanding customer concerns, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Time Management: Able to manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer queries while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma, undergraduate degree, or equivalent (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Experience: While experience in customer service is preferred, it is not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply and will be trained on the job.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if necessary, depending on the companys operational requirements.
