Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support (Voice Process):

    • Answer inbound calls, providing customer assistance and resolving queries related to products/services.
    • Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting processes or inquiries, ensuring satisfaction at all stages of interaction.
    • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards and meeting performance metrics.
    • Maintain a professional and positive tone, ensuring a friendly and empathetic communication style.
  2. Customer Support (Chat Process):

    • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing detailed solutions in real-time.
    • Document and track customer issues, ensuring resolution is logged and followed up as necessary.
    • Maintain a balance between quick responses and quality service, handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously if required.
  3. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

    • Understand customer concerns thoroughly and resolve issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader, if necessary.
    • Offer solutions in a clear, concise manner while providing excellent customer service.
  4. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
    • Participate in training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge of industry best practices and customer service protocols.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Meet or exceed set targets for call/chat handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
    • Regularly update and maintain logs of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers/Entry-Level Candidates: Ideal for individuals with no prior BPO experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts in a friendly and approachable manner is critical.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to listen attentively and provide solutions to customer queries or concerns in an efficient manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using computers, chat software, and CRM systems. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) is a plus.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends, based on business requirements.
