Job Description Summary:
Krystal Biotech is looking for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to support and optimize our growing business operation in France.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees office management activities in close cooperation with the HQ Office Manager
Handles daily activities essential for the smooth running of the business
Supports implementation and execution of company processes, policies, and procedures, including vendor contracting, Purchase Order requisitions process, Veeva approval process, payable & receivables
Keeps track of expenditures against budget, builds accruals
Ensures compliance with DMOS
Supports field team in the context of local and regional events
Oversees medical, sales and marketing material (inventory management, printing and distribution)
Supports the demand planning & budgeting process for Germany.
Manages Third party logistic (3PL) customer service relationship & queries and dispatches to relevant Krystal colleagues.
Tracks 3PL customer service performance indicators (KPIs)
Tracks policies & procedures to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction
Expected skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, finance , preferably in healthcare industry
Ability to handle multiple tasks, well-developed project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and within time and resource constraints
Proven track record of setting up/optimizing processes and organizing complex environments
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
Problem solving and proactive mindset
Self motivated
Knowledge of compliance
Solution oriented and pragmatic
High proficiency in English, local language at a mother tongue level
