Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Technical Support Representative (Level 2) based in Philippines who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client is an online dental software.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent written and fluent verbal English communication skills, excellent spelling and grammar, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong empathy for the customer and desire to help people, strong work ethic and a high attention to detail, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls.
· Educate and train customers on the platform.
· Respond to email tickets via Zendesk.
· HICAPS / Media bridge installation (training provided).
· Troubleshoot technical issues.
· Bug reports and escalations.
· Assist with client onboarding.
· Client platform customization.
· Knowledge base articles/content management.
· Engaging in community.
· Gather client feedback.
· Doing configuration of software.
· Working on various software.
· Installing/integration software.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
· Level 2 technical support experience ideally 4-5 years of experience
· Excellent written and fluent verbal English communication skills
· Excellent spelling and grammar
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Strong empathy for the customer and desire to help people
· Strong work ethic and a high attention to detail
· Able to work with minimum supervision
· A college degree in any relevant course is a plus
Technology Requirements:
· A dedicated quiet workspace at home or a co-working space.
· Good internet connection (minimum 20mbps) and mobile data backup.
· A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) with at least i3 or equivalent processor at least 8 GB RAM and windows 10 and above or MAX OSX operating system.
· A headset with an extended microphone, a noise-cancelling headset is a must.
· Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back-up.
NOTE:
· We need someone who has done desktop support and can diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues. 80% of the time, the candidate will be installing new software and drivers, diagnosing computer performance issues, or troubleshooting internet/networking problems.

● Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – PHP 55,000
● Work Schedule: 5 days per week, spanning from Monday to Saturday, main 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sydney Australian Time with a one-hour lunch break in between
