Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our integration team to complete clinical onboarding for staff in newly acquired practices, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent training standards. They will collaborate with program directors and training managers to devise comprehensive training plans for new hires, support the development and implementation of EMR workflow changes, and partner with the Learning Experience Designer to measure the effectiveness of our training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the integration team to complete clinical onboarding for clinical staff in newly acquired practices.
- Work with program directors and training managers to determine training plans for new hires.
- Support the development and implementation of EMR workflow changes.
- Collaborate with the Learning Experience Designer to measure the success of training resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clinical staff as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement in training programs and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure training materials are current and relevant to clinical needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.
- Clinical experience in orthotics & prosthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Certification in training or education.
- Experience in project management.
- Advanced proficiency in EMR systems.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in clinical training.
