Job description

Job Summary:

As a key member of the design team, we are looking for someone who can support the execution of a variety of projects and deliverables whilst reporting directly to the Head of Creative. You’ll be responsible for building, implementing, and iterating new and existing Webflow-based websites (homepage, landing pages, tools, etc.). You will collaborate with our design team and our different marketing team members.


Job Responsibility:

  • Creating responsive sites (that we design in advance in Figma) and working to turn them into stunning web pages.
  • Take ownership of website maintenance and page speed optimisation.
  • Creating UX/UI prototypes and user journeys to support customer needs.
  • Working alongside our sister agency to implement SEO measures and conversion optimisation.
  • Applying accessibility and usability best practices in collaboration with the creative & design team.
  • Developing relationships directly with our wide variety of clients.
  • Assisting with all kinds of online campaigns, internal brand & marketing needs, and much more.




Requirements
Skills needed/Requirements:


  • Deep experience with Webflow (including CMS collections, animation)
  • Three or more years’ experience creating stunning websites
  • Expertise with Finsweet Client-First class system and Finsweet attributes for complex functionality
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and deep understanding of UX principles
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Great project ownership skills and the ability to self-manage a variety of projects at differing stages simultaneously
  • The ability to lead a project from start to finish
  • A team-player approach to work both internally and with clients
  • A great eye for visual and interaction design and clean responsiveness capabilities
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with diverse clients, audiences and KPIs
  • Intimate knowledge of Zapier
  • Airtable & Memberstack experience are beneficial
  • Technical understanding and experience with web accessibility and localisation are considered a plus

Set-up and Location: Remote/Hybrid (Randburg Office)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UK GMT) Flexible
