About the role
We are looking for a Product Analytics Manager to oversee our Product Analytics team and foster a company-wide data-driven culture. This person will ensure business metrics are accurate and consistent, mentor product analysts, and design the data infrastructure and processes that empower teams to make informed decisions. By setting a high standard for analytical outputs and data models, this leader will significantly influence our product strategy and organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of data management tools (ETL, databases, BI platforms).
  • Experience structuring, prioritizing, and aligning analytical projects with Product, Tech, and Business teams.
  • Track record of establishing clear data governance policies to maintain consistent, trustworthy metrics across the organization.
  • Adept at translating business needs into actionable data roadmaps and ensuring the team’s analytics are aligned with product objectives.
  • Certifications or graduate studies in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a relevant MBA.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and workflows (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
  • Agile Methogologies knowledge.

Nice to Have:

  • Skilled at designing and optimizing analytical infrastructures—data platforms, BI tools, and processes—that tie back to company goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and elevate product analysts.
  • Proven background in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence (3+ years).
  • Hands-on experience defining KPIs, metrics, and building predictive/prescriptive models.
  • Ability to enforce a “single source of truth” for critical performance indicators.

Benefits:

  • Well-funded and proven startup with large ambitions and competitive salaries.
  • Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits, creating and collaborating is everyday business.
  • Open communication with management and company leadership
  • Small, dynamic teams = massive impact
  • 100% Remote Work (You choose where to work from)
  • 500USD a year for you to invest in learning.
