Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, fundraising preparation, and raising round.

Currently, we are looking for an Associate to join Flyer One Ventures.

About You

±2 years experience in finance, investment banking, consulting or VC;
enjoy crunching numbers and feel comfortable with Excel or Google Spreadsheets;
you’ve been described as a curious person who asks a lot of questions;
quickly adapt to new situations and are a multi-tasking hero with amazing self-organization and task prioritization skills;
can consume and process large amounts of new information and contexts;
eager to learn about different business models and market verticals;
strong written, communication, and public speaking skills.

What Will You Do

look for and evaluate prospective early-stage startups;
work with the investment team to structure financing rounds;
support existing portfolio companies with M&A, growth and product feedback;
support the fund’s operations, accounting and investor relations;

As a result, you’ll have a rare symbiosis of skills:

proficient with the different setups and operating models of tech companies;
able to assemble teams, structure/describe processes and manage the execution;
dive into processes (sales, UA, product dev, admin, finance, etc.) in different models and segments;
prepare companies for fundraising on a turnkey basis - pitchdeck, financial model, VC introductions.
