As the Senior Analytics Partner, you will be a key player in our newly established team. Your mission will be to provide analytical support, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives. You will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Projects & Insights to support strategic projects and develop innovative solutions using analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
· Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering data-driven insights to inform HR decisions.
· Collaborate with the Director on project-based initiatives, providing essential analytical support.
· Engage with HR leaders, HR Partners and representatives of the business to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies.
· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Analytical Support:
· Conduct in-depth analyses on workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Develop analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
· Utilize data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, OneModel) to generate actionable insights.
Project-Based Initiatives:
· Partner with the Director on project-based initiatives, offering analytical support and consulting expertise.
· Conduct hypothesis testing to validate ideas and approaches for addressing business challenges.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate their business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
· Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
· Monitor and report on the progress of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Ideal requirements of the job include:
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on HR applications.
· Experience in workforce analytics and talent management.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
· A passion for using data to drive positive change in the organization.
· Expertise in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g. OneModel).
· Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and industry trends.
· Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is $96,700-$144,967. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
