Your role, your impact

As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. You will work closely with our data engineering and business analysis teams to ensure that data insights are delivered effectively and meet business needs. Your role will also involve handling ETL processes to prepare data for analysis and reporting.

Your day-to-day

• Report and dashboard development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making;
• Data modelling: Create and manage data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and efficiency in report generation;
• ETL processes: Develop and manage ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from various sources into Power BI;
• Integration with D365: Work with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O) to develop and enhance reports and dashboards;
• Data analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, and communicate findings to stakeholders;
• Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand data requirements, gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and tabular models for performance and scalability;
• Documentation: Document development processes, data models and reporting solutions to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI development with a strong portfolio of reports and DAX measures;
• At least 1 year of experience with ETL processes (data extraction, transformation and loading);
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service;
• Strong knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query;
• Experience with writing SQL queries and database management;
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data reporting and analysis;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in developing reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or other ERP data sources.
