Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify technical requirements and design client-specific solutions.
Develop project proposals, including plans, quotes, and procurement activities, from a technical perspective.
Oversee and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Build and sustain positive client relationships with clear, effective communication.
Keep updated on industry trends to deliver informed recommendations and insights.
Provide technical post-sales support, addressing and resolving client issues.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in system engineering, preferably within a System Integrator or MSP environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Expertise in at least one technical area:
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
Networking: TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, firewalls.
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.
Storage: SAN, NAS systems.
Database Management: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
Security: Network security principles, identity authentication, and access control.
Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Willingness to travel for client interactions as needed.
