Customer Network Manager (m/f/d) Solid Tumors

Opportunity
Experienced professional within the Marketing field of solid Tumors who thrives on high-level scientific exchange and the sense of reward achieved from bringing first in class treatments to patients and the impact this has on theirs and their families’ lives. As Customer Network Manager you are responsible for the regional and national support of the most important internal and external therapeutic networks in clinic as well as office-based accounts in the indication breast cancer. You will support the regional and national implementation of the nationwide strategy. To this end, you will work closely with all relevant internal and external departments such as Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Market Access Teams. It is a role with an extremely high level of autonomy, visibility, and the unique chance to influence how Menarini Stemline is positioned in Germany.
Responsibilities
● Interdisciplinary identification and analysis of relevant network structures in solid tumors (especially breast cancer, i.e. university clinics, certified breast centers, PBOs as well as private based gyneco-oncologists)
● Feedback from the field to the marketing & brandteam team on necessary strategic changes to breast cancer positioning
● Alignment with marketing team on the development of adequate promotional tools including taking ownership of certain projects together with marketing agencies as well
● Member of the breast cancer promo-team
● Identification, development and intensive interaction of regional and national clinics and PBO KOLs
● Supporting hospital specialists and specialists in private practice (oncologists specialized in solid tumors) during joint visits with the TAMs and/or MSLs
● Transmission of product strategy during consultations in university centres, hospitals, and (gyneco)-oncology private practices
● Opening doors for projects and concepts for positioning MENARINI STEMLINE products (differentiating as first/best-in-class drugs) in their solid-tumor indication
● Gaining insights in therapeutic decision making and indication sequencing strategies (e.g. by conducting supra-regional marketing adboards)
● Fully responsible supra-regional, centre and network management to optimise patient journeys and achieve product strategy and project goals
● Preparation and implementation of marketing concepts in coordination with related sales teams and in coordination with MSLs and TAMs
● Individual account planning for (sub-) regional network development in close cooperation with the TAMs
● Support of national sales lead in development and execution of commercial training activities (in alignment with defined product strategies); in alignment additionally taking over trainer responsibilities
● Support in the initiation, organisation and implementation of national and (supra)regional events
● Development and execution of innovative, new educational formats and concepts (regional/national)
● Support of marketing team and sustainable networking at supra-regional, national and international scientific congresses
● Development, implementation and management of measures/projects
● Establishing and maintaining (supra-)regional (medical) networks and initiating projects, including various modules, concepts and event models
● Digital pioneer for physicians, presentation of modern digital information tools
● Effective project management (controlling project progress and achieving milestones)
● Organisation of regular project updates in cross-functional collaboration with all stakeholders
● Active transfer of ideas and knowledge from other regions as well as from the back office into the organisational structure (e.g. through presentations at conferences and global strategic meetings)
● Ensures full compliance in all customer engagement efforts according to Stemline's SOPs as well as local laws and regulations
Skills/Knowledge
● Seasoned professional, extensive experience in (biotechnology) pharmaceutical industry or academic clinical centers
● Experience at least 5 years in commercial field-teams;
● Previous experience in strategic and operational marketing and brand management (preferentially at least 2 years)
● Experience in successfully setting up and fostering key opinion leaders and networks
● Previous experience as customer network manager of advantage
● Experience in solid tumor indications, preferentially in breast cancer
● Capable of fitting into smaller team environments
● Previous working experience in Hematology/Oncology and ideally in orphan indications
● Preferably education in Life Sciences at Academic level
● Strong communication as well as presentation skills (also in virtual or even hybride settings)
● Project-management experience and know-how; development of network plans
● Creativity and curiosity; collaborating in x-functional environments to find new ways and innovative solutions
● Hands-on and can-do attitude
● Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Outspoken and positive attitude in benefit/price aspects of innovative pharmaceutical products
● The role will be 100% field-based with large territories, requiring a high level of travel and mobility (>70%)
● Languages: German (business fluent), English (high level)
