Day To Day
- Work in a cross-functional team of Solution Architects and Process Experts securing Process Architecture alignment and proper execution of the BPM cycle.
- Collaborate with Business Process Change owners, Lead Business Architects, Process experts and Solution Architects to keep the process architecture up to date.
- Use the standard enterprise modelling tools and adhere to the use of modelling standards and notations.
- Collaborate in a Community of Practice that creates and maintains the Process Architecture for DLL.
- Create process models and ensure structural and behavioral correctness.
- Ensure process architecture is embedded in the business domains by helping in the creation of architecture deliverables meeting Enterprise Architecture quality criteria.
- Actively contribute to improve Enterprise Architecture by closely cooperating with Enterprise Architecture and other Lead Architects.
- Ensure the baseline Process Architecture is always up to date and meets the DLL ArchiMate and BPMN modelling standards.

A Business Process Management enthusiast with demonstrable affinity for Process Architecture, dealing with the increasingly digital needs of the customer.
- Helping in creating the Process Architecture in design as well as in realization. You are contributing to the Business Process Management cycle in DLL, facilitating the optimization and automation of business processes. You are committed for the longer term.
- Developing and maintaining the process architecture for DLL in ArchiMate.
- Passionate about Business Process Management, process mining, driving process efficiency and standardization globally.
- The coach for a community of process experts who detail the Process Architecture into BPMN business process models and perform the BPM cycle.
- A networker, sensitive to DLL business and able to communicate with a diverse stakeholder community.
- Pragmatic, able to balance long term strategic direction with short term needs. You are result driven and apply expert judgement to make architecture decisions that drive business forward.
- Comfortable in working in an Agile delivery model enabling fast delivery of the investment portfolio continuously ensuring strategy objectives are achieved as well.
- An excellent communicator who easily can interact with management in the domain, able to convey complex process and IT subjects in senior management terminology.
- Supporting Business and Solution Architects in DLL to incorporate Process Architecture in ArchiMate and BPMN in their architecture deliverables.
- Open to learn, always having an outside-in view focused creating business processes that exceeds customer expectations.
Extras
- Proven affinity for Process Architecture.
- University level Education (MSc).
- Experience in the financial industry is a pre.
- Excellent communication in speech and writing in English.
- Proven affinity with digital business models.
- Willing to get certified for TOGAF ©, ArchiMate © BMPN 2.0.
- Thorough understanding of BPM, BPMN 2.0 modelling notation and process mining.
- Experience with Celonis as process mining tool is a pre.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma.
- Basic understanding architecture modelling standards.
- Basic understanding of financial industry business models and specific business processes
