Who we are

The Growth team will be at the forefront of accelerating Mindbody's already promising trajectory by leading customer acquisition across our multiple lines of business. We operate as a two-sided platform with B2B partners who buy our digital solutions and B2C consumers who schedule their health and wellness appointments via our Marketplace. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will manage paid acquisition channels to generate high-quality leads for our B2B Sales team and facilitate growth in app downloads, website visits, and consumer bookings for the B2C Mindbody Marketplace.

About The Right Team Member

The Acquisition Marketing Associate is a key role responsible for driving customer acquisition through the execution of Paid Search campaigns. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, campaign and creative optimisation, and budget management. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the Google ecosystem, both organic SEO and paid search (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Universal App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Reddit & more). The candidate should also have analytical skills, creative thinking, and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of paid search marketing.

About The Role

  • Support paid search marketing campaigns across popular paid search products, including Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads and Reddit
  • Assist manager with campaign optimizations, including budget management and bidding strategy
  • Build paid search campaigns, including writing ad copy, doing keyword research, creating landing pages and setting up campaigns in Google Ads desktop editor
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Executing a roadmap of channel and creative tests, tracking learnings, and proposing new tests

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years hands on search engine marketing experience (ASA, Google, YouTube, etc)
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding acquisition targets
  • Proficient in using Google Ads Desktop Editor to create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and analysis tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify high-performing keywords
  • Experience with managing multiple projects at one time, agency experience a big plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
