Position Overview

NetCom Learning is seeking an experienced and data-driven AVP of Revenue Operations and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead our marketing operations and ABM strategies in India. This role is critical in driving alignment between marketing and sales teams, enhancing the customer journey, and optimizing the revenue lifecycle through demand generation, CRM management, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will possess 360-degree marketing skills with a strong focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, and revenue operations, ensuring impactful, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM and revenue operations strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and RevOps teams.
  • Demand Generation: Drive B2B and B2G demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, events, and paid media, to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • ABM Programs: Oversee the ABM team to develop targeted campaigns for key enterprise accounts, leveraging personalized marketing strategies and tools to maximize engagement.
  • Revenue Operations:
  • Optimize CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to track customer journeys, sales lifecycles, and pipeline health, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, developers, and marketing professionals to maintain the integrity and accuracy of marketing and sales data across platforms.
  • Lead efforts to integrate, clean, and manage data within CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring consistency and usability.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Consume, interpret, and synthesize data to produce actionable insights that guide marketing and sales decisions.
  • Design and manage analytics frameworks and dashboards, ensuring clear visualization of campaign performance, sales metrics, and ROI.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues proactively.
  • Build predictive models and support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics techniques.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and IT teams to streamline workflows, improve lead quality, and align strategies for efficient revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Build and refine processes for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ABM specialists, ensuring their success and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, revenue operations, or ABM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing and sales data, KPIs, and revenue metrics.
  • Proven experience in demand generation and ABM strategies targeting enterprise-level accounts.
  • Expertise in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, with the ability to design and interpret complex dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience in working with data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data pipelines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, development, and marketing teams.
