JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the business organization, strategy, processes, goals and priorities for the functional organizations you support.
- Collaborate with project team to identify and document business requirements.
- Develop artifacts for projects including user stories, process flow diagrams and detailed functional and technical design specifications, test plans, and training and enablement materials.
- Understand the concept of Minimum Viable Product and iterations to deliver value quickly.
- Assist development and architecture teams with solution design.
- Demonstrate technical skills across the tools supported, including ability to navigate applications, perform technical assessments, test and implement required changes, formulate best practices and hold relevant certifications.
- Perform basic system administration, including profiles & permissions, security, custom objects, fields and page layouts, flows, approval processes, formulas, validation rules and data management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to build consensus, set clear expectations of project objectives and timelines, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Work independently and on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines.
Qualifications: - 4+ years in a business analyst or operations focused role.
- 2+ years' experience with Gainsight; preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relative experience.
- Experience with software development methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.
- Prior experience working in software industry preferred.
- Key competencies include attention to detail, accountability, initiative, positivity, teamwork, drive for results, self-development.

$51,000 - $146,100
