We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst to join our dedicated team at IRIS Software Group. What Will You Be Doing?


As a Customer Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:


  • Resolving finance-related queries, supporting users with accounting and payroll solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide seamless issue resolution.
  • Managing and assigning tickets in our CRM system to the appropriate teams.
  • Contributing to our knowledge base to help customers and colleagues find answers quickly.
  • Assisting in user acceptance testing to improve our products and services.
  • Prioritising your workload to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and team targets.
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues in the 1st line support team.


What Are We Looking For?


We’d love to hear from you if you:


  • Hold AAT Level 3 certification (or are currently studying).
  • Have experience in a finance or accounting role where customer interaction was key.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with accounting systems.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Work well in a team environment, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver results.


Bonus Skills:


  • Experience in customer support or working with payroll and accounting software.
  • An interest in technology or familiarity with SQL (desirable but not essential).
