Regional Business Manager - Diagnostics

Location: Central and Southern Italy

Our Diagnostics division is looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team in Italy. The Regional Business Manager will design and implement coordinated sales plans for the territory to meet or exceed company targets.

What You Can Expect:

  • Establish clear sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories (Key Account Managers, Distributors), projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Propose the annual budget as well as long-term sales business plans to the Diagnostics Sales Manager, Country lead and international management where necessary.
  • Lead and coach Sales Team (Key Account Mangers, Sales Application Specialists and distributors)
  • Be the connection between the sales team and company to ensure correct commercial execution.
  • Develop & implement commercial strategies for large private customers.
  • Analyze the territory, account and product sales to identify market gaps, sales opportunities and business risks and support the development of Customer segmentation.
  • Support the implementation of salesforce

What We Expect

  • Demonstrate sales experience within the In Vitro Diagnostics industry, preferably Pathology/Cytology and Molecular Diagnostics
  • Proven experience of managing a commercial team and/or distributors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian IVD market, tender process and KOLs within the region.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Since this position requires you to drive extensively during the workday a valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company.
