Role: Loan Processor

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: India

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

• Completing/validating servicing assessments using lender’s calculators
• Reviewing and vetting loan applications
• Confirming rate estimates
• Lodging applications with lenders through their portal or other mechanisms
• Providing a feedback loop back to the credit team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree preferred
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google-suite and Slack
• Previous experience with lender portals (preferred,but not necessary)
• 2+ years of experience as a Loans Processor or similar role for an Australian Financial Services company is extremely desirable

• Ability to work autonomously but also focuses on team goals

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders
• Problem solving ability

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Loans Processor or similar role for an Australian Financial Services company is extremely desirable
