Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Finnish - English), also referred to as a Happiness Officer, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through our email and live-chat communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Additionally, this role includes the responsibility of translating our product materials into Finnish, with user-friendly tools provided for effective translation and moderation of contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and courteous customer support via email and live chat.
  • Translate product materials into Finnish and oversee the moderation of translations from others.
  • Analyze customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer support roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong aptitude for assessing customer issues and resolving them efficiently.
