Job description

Department: Clinical

Location: EMEA-Spain-Field based

Description

As a Clinical Specialist - field based, you will be the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in your region (Andalucia and Canary Islands) and be responsible for clinical education, communication, and support of both external and internal customers. Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical education and help them to become expert on Invisalign technique, increasing their clinical confidence. You will be travelling around the designated area to visit doctors in their clinical practices to improve their knowledge about the Invisalign technic.

Role expectations

  • Build and continue to build knowledge of business, products/services, the market, clinical or account needs
  • Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists, dentists in private clinics as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
  • Plans & executes with support or semi-independently interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion & peer-to-peer networking / learning
  • Work with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts, account management processes
  • Plan own territory or account approach and monitor resources
  • Conduct field visits at least 70% of the time (3 days a week)

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD or equivalent)
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • 1-3 years related experience of or joining from dental practice
  • Preferable with commercial experience
  • Be based in Andalucia
  • To be willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the area of Andalucia and Canary Islands and also international travels as part of the training
