About the Role

Simple Online Pharmacy is looking for a visionary Head of Brand to lead the charge in shaping how millions of people connect with and experience our service. As our Head of Brand, you’ll spearhead the evolution of our brand identity, driving growth, engagement, and loyalty across all touchpoints. From leading an in-house creative studio to reimagining customer experiences, you’ll be at the forefront of building a brand that makes healthcare simpler, more accessible, and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that ensures consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Creative Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing in-house creative studio and content team.
  • Brand Identity: Oversee the rollout of a refreshed brand identity, bringing innovation and energy to our visual language.
  • Customer Experience: Reimagine the unboxing experience to create moments of delight and strengthen our connection with customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams to deliver compelling campaigns and assets.
  • Brand Voice: Champion our brand values and voice across the organisation to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Creative Innovation: Drive creative ideas and innovation while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Agency Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to maximise impact and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

    • Proven track record of building and scaling memorable D2C/B2C brands, ideally in high-growth start-ups.
    • Extensive experience with challenger brands in a senior leadership role.
    • Portfolio showcasing exceptional brand work that has driven business results.
    • Experience leading creative teams and managing creative budgets and resources.

Skills:

    • Deep understanding of digital-first brand building and how brand drives business growth.
    • Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
    • Exceptional eye for design, detail, and creative excellence.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Salary: £70k-£90k + Bonus
