Michael Morgan is the President of Bodyenergy Company and has over 50 years of experience across various industries, including healthcare, education, and technology. His business focuses on providing education, training, and treatment programs to promote memory and cognitive health using CranioSacral Therapy. With a mission to significantly reduce Alzheimer's-related deaths worldwide, Michael combines his expertise with innovative solutions to achieve this goal.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is aligned with Michael's mission and core values. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can help streamline operations to support Michael's big-picture goals.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and organize email and calendar for the President
  • Schedule clients for individual and mini-intensive programs
  • Provide invoicing for scheduled programs
  • Post email campaigns on ConvertKit and monitor performance
  • Assist with annual summits, including email setup and campaign support
  • Interact with clients and therapists to address follow-up questions
  • Schedule and manage posts on social media platforms

Position Details

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of growing to full-time hours with the right person and as the need arises
  • Flexible hours: Monday-Friday, ideally 1:00-5:00 pm CT
  • The pay rate is $25/hour USD
  • Annual bonus based on overall company performance
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
