Position Title: BPO Executive (Voice/Chat Process)

Job Overview:
An Online BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) job for freshers in the voice or chat process offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customers, address their queries, and provide solutions in real-time. This position typically involves providing customer support services via voice calls (inbound or outbound) or through live chat systems. As a fresher, you will be trained in communication skills, product knowledge, and the tools necessary to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through voice calls or live chat support.
    • Understand the customers needs and provide accurate and timely information.
    • Handle inquiries related to billing, troubleshooting, technical support, product or service-related concerns, and other general customer queries.
  2. Problem Solving:

    • Listen carefully to customers, diagnose issues, and offer solutions in a professional manner.
    • Collaborate with team members or escalate cases when required to resolve complex issues.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Gain a solid understanding of the company's products and services to provide correct and up-to-date information to customers.
    • Provide assistance with troubleshooting, installations, order processing, and other relevant tasks based on the companys offerings.
  4. Performance Metrics:

    • Achieve individual and team-based targets like response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution (for voice processes).
    • Maintain high levels of quality in customer service by following prescribed scripts and guidelines for the chat or voice process.
  5. Documentation:

    • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and issues for internal records and future reference.
    • Update customer profiles in the companys database and ensure all information is correct and up to date.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Share insights, feedback, and ideas for process improvement to enhance customer service quality.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines:

    • Follow the companys standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with regulatory requirements for customer support services.
    • Adhere to shift schedules and work effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English or other required languages.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to listen actively and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Patience & Empathy: Display a positive and patient attitude towards customers, even when handling difficult situations.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work within deadlines.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers, browsers, chat systems, and various customer support tools.
  • Typing Skills: Speed and accuracy in typing, particularly for the chat process.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Minimum qualification of 10+2 (higher secondary) or equivalent. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with minimal experience in customer service or BPO roles are preferred.
  • Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection, a working computer, a headset, and a quiet environment for uninterrupted work.
