We are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter ready to join us for an intense three months adventure. We promise there will be no boring day with us and a lot of opportunities to have fun together.

What you will be doing
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and coordination of interviews with tech interviewers and hiring managers
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process by ensuring timely feedback, communication, and coordination of interviews
  • Work hand in hand with the rest of Talent Acquisition team and other members of the HR team to ensure smooth offer acceptance and onboarding process of successful candidates
  • Keep our recruiting system up to date to make sure all candidate data and status of their assessment is accurate 
  • Participate in all team activities aimed at bringing the best experience to candidates and the bright, talented new colleagues to our company
Skills you should have
  • We need a ready-to-jump-into-the-project team member so you have to have strong full-cycle recruiting experience (+5 years), with a focus on engineering and technical talent at all levels
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements with tech candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other colleagues involved in the recruiting process
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to identify potential issues, navigate challenges in the recruitment process, and provide creative solutions
  • Outstanding oral and written skills in Polish and English
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced place
