JOB TITLE: Team Leader and Administrative Assistant

RATE: PHP 200 per hour

Work Type:  

  • Part-time, Remote/WFH

  • 5 hours a day

Working Hours: 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM MNL

Candidate Location: Baguio City


Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management:

    • Track attendance of all staff members.

    • Conduct monthly catch-up meetings to build rapport and address team concerns.

    • Monitor and review end-of-day reports submitted by staff.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Update and maintain Google Sheets trackers for various metrics.

    • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

    • Prepare communications, including memos and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative atmosphere.

    • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

    • Foster a culture of respect, optimism, and mutual support within the team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a team leader role, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.




  • Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs) and other relevant software.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

  • This position is part-time (5 hours per day) and requires the candidate to reside in Baguio City, Philippines.
