Bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Setter (ZR_19415_JOB)

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to condo association presidents using provided lead information
  
• Navigate through gatekeeper conversations to reach decision-makers
  
• Deliver a compelling pitch to generate interest in insurance review and cost-saving opportunities
  
• Set appointments for insurance discussions with qualified prospects
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  
• Research and compile contact information for leads using online tools
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  
• Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
  
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the commercial insurance industry
  
• Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
  
• Proficiency in using online research tools and CRM systems
  
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  

Scope:

• Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 9am to 6pm Eastern
  
• Focus on Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida
  
• Target audience: Condo association presidents and board members
  
• Performance-based incentives for successfully closed accounts
